We are proud to announce that the İTÜ Maritime Faculty presented two significant papers at the Global Maritime Congress held on May 20-21, 2024. Our papers, titled "Cybersecurity Incident Analysis in the Maritime Sector" and "Assessing the Significance of IACS UR E26 and E27 Standards with Multi Criteria Decision-Making Model," have made valuable contributions to the maritime industry.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire organizing team for enabling the presentation of our papers and for their valuable contributions that made this event possible. This congress provided an excellent platform for sharing knowledge and experiences with participants and gaining new perspectives in the fields of maritime security and cyber threats.

We hope that our work will benefit the maritime sector and look forward to the continuation of such valuable events.

Maritime Security & Cyber Threats Research Laboratory (CyberMarsec), directed by Associate. Professor Pelin Bolat is found to be a globally leading research laboratory for researches on maritime security and cyber threats at Istanbul Technical University Maritime Faculty, Istanbul, Türkiye.
