CyberMarSec laboratory's vision is to become a globally recognized center of excellence in research, development and innovation in maritime security and maritime cybersecurity. The laboratory is focused on developing knowledge and technology to improve
the security of maritime operations, marine critical infrastructures, physical and cyber assets.
CyberMarSec's research in physical and cyber maritime security will cover risk assessment, threat identification, security management, emergency preparedness, crisis response, research on developing new technologies, methodologies and solutions.
CyberMarSec aims to foster collaboration between industry, public and academic partners to advance maritime security and maritime cybersecurity research.
CyberMarSec aims for providing training, education, and consultancy programs to enhance maritime security expertise.
