
The Maritime Security and Cyber Threats Research Laboratory (CyberMarSec Lab) of Istanbul Technical University, Faculty of Maritime, participated in the Workshop on Development of GHG-related Standard Training Package and Digital Training Tool, organized by the International Maritime Lecturers Association (IMLA) and the International Joint Laboratory for Green and Low Carbon Technologies in Shipping, with the support and collaboration of Shanghai Maritime University.
The International Joint Laboratory for Green and Low Carbon Technologies in Shipping serves as a collaborative platform dedicated to advancing innovative research and practical applications in the field of environmentally sustainable and low-carbon maritime technologies. The workshop focused on the development of standardized GHG-related training materials and digital tools to enhance maritime education and support global decarbonization efforts.
Our laboratory contributed to the discussions by sharing insights from ongoing research projects and system dynamics modeling studies on maritime decarbonization.
